1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return or replacement only if:

- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Used, washed, or damaged items caused by customer handling

- Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:

- You may be asked to ship the product back or arrange a pickup (if available)
- After inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange
4. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

Please include:

- Photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after verification.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by [STORE NAME].
- For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
8. Cancellation Policy
